Feel Good Factor was founded by Sonja Edwards and her partner Robin Fletcher. Sonja has a professional career as a hair stylist for more than 20 years. She trained in Austria and Switzerland and moved to England in 1997. She has worked at local salons in Gloucestershire and has been self-employed since 2000. Sonja is also a qualified therapist and health kinesiologist and has more than 10 years’ experience in that field

Robin Fletcher runs Reflex Communications and Training which provides communications and training services to more than 80 clients across the UK. Robin is a former regional newspaper editor and former Communications Director of Trinity Mirror Regionals, part of Trinity Mirror plc. Robin is an honorary fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the University of Wales, Cardiff and a founding director of the Five Valleys Business Network Ltd in Stonehouse. In 1994, was highly commended in the Regional Newspaper Editor of the Year awards.
Feel Good Factor and Reflex Communications and Training are both trading brands of Reflex Business Services Ltd, a company jointly owned and directed by Sonja and Robin.
